New Built Bar flavor Dark Chocolate Cookie Dough Review

Built Bar has relaunched and rebranded and made some changes to their formula. They have returned to a formula more consistent with their original bar. That means that as of now we are back to the 100% real dark chocolate coating, the inside of the bar is the more smooth marshmallow-like texture. They have also increased the protein from 15 to 17 to 19 grams depending on the flavor and ingredients. Most of the bars are about 130 calories each but that again also depends on the flavor. They have kept the bars low in sugar, 4-5 grams of sugar per bar and are relying on erythritol for added sweetness. As always they are gluten-free, use no preservatives and use natural flavors.

Built just announced they are releasing a new flavors, Dark Chocolate Cookie Dough!

I had the chance to taste test a sample and I must say this is a great flavor. Its a great dark chocolate bar with a mix of a chocolate center with a bit of a crunch at the bottom, they also added small cookie dough pieces on the top of the bar before coating it in chocolate. It added another dimension to the texture and flavor. I really liked it!

If you prefer a softer texture let your bar sit out on the counter for awhile, if you prefer it more firm then leave it in the fridge.
